Dreamfill’s TNU 153 ND semi-automatic filling machine range, from 10g to 5kg, also offers reliability and a high degree of fill accuracy. It can be used for filling containers such as bags, bottles, pouches and cartridges. It has a variable speed selector depending on the product to be filled, and its Horizontal Auger provides consistent in-feed flow control of most products to deliver maximum accuracy.
Finally, Dreamfill offers a range of toner filling machines which are streamlined, accurate, compact and easy-to-clean. They can offer up to 50g load settings for toner filling and refilling bags, bottles, cartridges and pouches. With their pre-programmable load settings, these machines allow operators to observe exact gram weight based on the machine’s digital display panel which greatly improves productivity and accuracy.
Its MIV (‘Mass in Volume’) filler machines are customisable to either high or low volumes and variable fill speeds to meet the specific needs of clients.
