Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World Selects SuccessFactors to Drive Business Execution
SuccessFactors Inc. (NASDAQ: SFSF) has announced that leading European snack food manufacturer, Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World, has selected SuccessFactors to help the company better execute against its corporate objectives. The company will be deploying SuccessFactors' Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Tracker and Employee Profile to 500 of its senior managers in Germany and Poland, with potential for wider internal deployment later in the coming months and years.
Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World produces a range of snack foods. Founded in 1889, the company was the first manufacturer to implement production line packaging in Europe. Today, Lorenz Bahlsen manufactures 14 different branded snacks throughout Europe and has more than in 3,000 employees.

Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World will be initially deploying the SuccessFactors suite to about 500 managers in both English and German in Germany and Poland between January and May 2010 with potential for wider deployment in the latter part of the year.
