SAUERESSIG Flexo GmbH + Co. KG is expanding its product range to include the in-house developed HD Premium for Flexo polymer printing plates. With the HD Premium printing plates not only higher print densities and brighter images are obtained, but also finest details and vignettes are reproduced in a first-class print quality. The increased dot stability also improves press runnability and durability of the plates.

HD Premium combines the existing CtP technology with use of special software systems and a patented method of polymer plate manufacture. The aim is to provide users of flexography printing plates a higher quality at attractive prices, still being free of choice of plate manufacturer.
