The coding and marking solution marks absorbent and non-absorbent material with text, data or logos in a type height from 3 to 140 mm. For larger fonts the modular components can be combined. The print heads are available with 7, 16 or 32 nozzles; their resolution conforms to all industry standards for marking and coding
Whether paper, cardboard, foil, plastic or rubber, the DOD marks these surfaces just as effortlessly as metal, glass, ceramic, stone, wood, carpet, textiles or organic material. The marking system has also proven itself in heavy industry; it tolerates vibration and temperature fluctuations from minus 5 up to 45 degrees Celsius. The casing meets the specifications of protection class IP65 and protects the ink-jet printer from water and dust. For extreme production environments, the DOD is also available with reinforced casing, heated print head, compacted design and special models for areas subject to explosion hazards.
The industry demands high system availability and process stability. The DOD convinces with its reliability and minimum maintenance requirements: the print head nozzles are simply cleaned with a push of the button without the need of a separate flushing system. All models can be exchanged quickly and without complications. Products are clearly marked at speeds from up to 300 meters per minute.
The variably adjustable dot size (dot-size-control) contributes to the economical use of consumables. The DOD can handle pigmented and non-pigmented inks. REA JET has more than 400 suitable standard and special inks in our product assortment.
