[**Hyaku-Pa**](https://hyaku-pa.com/?ref=packagingeurope.com)**’s portable paper tube and display box for its shakeable green tea leaves – designed for on-the-go convenience and refill – have won an award.**

Hyaku-Pa No Brew Ocha has received the Package Grand Prize at the [World Green Tea Association](https://www.o-cha.net/english/association/index.html?ref=packagingeurope.com)’s World Green Tea Contest 2026.

Designed for portability, each slim paper tube contains three single-serve packs. The packets can be torn open, and the tea leaves poured into a bottle or flask.

Consumers can then add 0.5 litres to 1 litre of hot or cold water and shake the container for thirty seconds – instantly brewing their drink without a whisk, bowl or steeping.

A display box with nine tube is intended for small retailers, large households, cafés, gyms, studios and more.

At 10 x 10 x 15 cm when closed, the box opens into a counter display, with the lid flipping up into a back panel providing more information. Four interchangeable lid cards are available.

Alongside the box, a storage can containing 30 packets of tea can be stored at home and used to refill a portable tube.

Only the single-serve packs use a barrier laminate to preserve the tea’s freshness and protect it from light and oxygen. The tube, can and box are made exclusively from paper, and the box is folded without glue.

Retailers can also utilize a two-tier counter stand (30 x 44 x 20 cm) made of solid board to present tubes, storage cans, and bottles together on the same shelf.

“We are delighted that the prize recognizes what we set out to do with No Brew Ocha: to combine quality and convenience in enjoying high-grade, certified organic Japanese green tea that is traceable to the field,” said a Hyaku-Pa spokesperson. “It brings good green tea into everyday life: at work, during sport and on the go.”
