Time is running out – get your Sustainable Packaging Summit tickets now!

With only two weeks to go until the Sustainable Packaging Summit 2026, don’t miss your chance to buy a ticket! Join your industry peers at the Jaarbeurs Event & Exhibition Centre in Utrecht on 10 – 12 November for an action-packed itinerary of high-level panels, keynotes, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.

Each day of the Summit will focus on the strategic landscape and business mobilization for sustainability in packaging, roadmaps for transformation in packaging materials, and opportunities on the innovation horizon. If your business has questions about, or solutions for, any of these topics, this is the event for you.

Agenda

After the Summit kicks off with a fireside chat led by Net Positive co-author (and  former Unilever CEO) Paul Polman, ticketholders will gain exclusive access to additional keynotes from some of the biggest names in the industry, including PepsiCo, Tesco, Nestlé, P&G, Mondelēz, Pladis and Bel Group.

Emmanuelle Maire, Head of Unit, DG Environment at the European Commission, will feature in a panel of industry experts led by EUROPEN’s Hans van Bochove. Attendees will hear about the current status of sustainability regulation in the European Union and gain honest insight into the next steps.

That’s not all on the legislation front – a live Q&A with a lineup of experts, from qualified lawyer and EFTA Court and Court of Justice member Matteo Squeo to Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation consultant Anna Perlina, will clear up your business’ uncertainties about this landmark EU law.

GreenBlue’s Olga Kachook and Antithesis Group’s Marwan Elsaifi will host a two-year retrospective on the Regulation in practice, while other sessions will troubleshoot Extended Producer Responsibility implementation, compare international experiences of Producer Responsibility Organizations, and explore digital compliance tools and data sharing.

We’ll hear from CEFLEX, PepsiCo, Mondelēz, and more about the HolyGrail 2030 Consortium’s intelligent sorting initiative and its vision of a circular economy; CEFLEX’s Mike Jefferson will also join Greyparrot’s Yaseed Chaumoo and Stefaan D'Hoore from Sun Chemical to discuss the compositional analysis of post-consumer waste in the context of stringent reporting requirements.

See the full agenda for a complete rundown of this year’s activities, including topical debates, material-specific discussions, deep dives into the potential of artificial intelligence, and so much more.

Networking

Delegates will be joining us from Europe, Asia, North and South America, and beyond. To that end, we’ve built plenty of networking opportunities into the agenda – helping our attendees forge new connections and make the most of their Summit experience.

Come to our Connection Zone and meet a whole lineup of packaging partners on the show floor: Amcor, P&G, Smurfit Westrock, Avery Dennison, YutoEco, H.B. Fuller, Royal Vaasen, and Shenzhen JF Bio Products, just to name a few.

Each day of the Summit will feature one-to-two-hour networking breaks in the morning and at lunchtime, plus an afternoon break on day two. To prompt further discussions, sections of every break will centre on a specific theme, ranging from circular plastics and paperization to regulatory developments outside Europe.

For a more relaxed networking environment, our Connection Zone Block Party will bring refreshments and an informal tone to the exhibition hall. As usual, Packaging Europe’s Sustainability Awards ceremony will also be followed by live music, food and drink, and another opportunity to converse with other packaging professionals.

Sustainability Awards

On 11 November, the ten winners of this year’s Sustainability Awards will receive a coveted crystal trophy in a long-awaited ceremony. The new-and-improved categories reflect important areas of innovation in today’s packaging landscape.

The post-ceremony party will allow attendees to meet winners and finalists face-to-face, joining them in a lively celebration of all their hard work.

FINAT, the association for the European label industry, will also reveal the winners of its own Sustainability Awards on 12 November. Join the session to hear more about the winning innovations and discuss the deeper trends driving sustainable innovation in labels.

This is your last chance to join the 2026 edition of the Summit: book now, before the on-site ticket rate kicks in, and save on your pass.

Whether you plan to join us for the full event, attend for one or two days, or visit the expo hall only, secure your place today.
